Make Money Online Portal Site - Instant Internet Business

Well, I've been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the sales site for my new ebook, which should be up for sale in a day or two. Can't tell you the site URL yet, as it isn't quite finished.

In the meantime, just for kicks, I grabbed one of Stone Evans' portal sites to promote some affiliate programs. Talk about a simple way to start a website and a business, this is it!

I ordered my site, went about my business, and in about a day, it was ready to go, and had been uploaded to the domain I had chosen for it. Everything, including the autoresponder, was set up and ready. I had to do nothing at all.

I did choose to customize mine just a tad, but that didn't take long at all.

Imagine - I'm working non-stop on a new sales website, and in my "spare" time I opened up a brand new internet business.

Anyway, check out my new work from home information site
and see what you think.

Hopefully, I'll be back in a day or two ready to announce my new ebook and sales site.

Avoiding Email Marketing Scams

I just wrote a couple of weeks ago about "phishing" and "spoofed" websites.

Since then, I've received countless emails purporting to be from various banks and credit card companies.

Another one I'm getting a lot lately has something about a "tracking number" in the subject line.

I also get them telling me to confirm my "recent order" with a company I never heard of.

I've even gotten a few telling me that my credit card was rejected.

Recently, I came across a link on one of the marketing forums that I frequent. It gives you a great introduction to "spoofing" and what to look for. In particular, they point out that it is very easy to falsify the "from" line of an e-mail. Anybody that uses an autoresponder knows that, don't they?

Anyway, here's the link to this informative page ...

E-Marketing Blog Directory

I've just started a new directory devoted to e-marketing blogs.

I'm taking this opportunity to announce it on all of my websites, and all of my blogs.

The
internet marketing blog directory will be limited to blogs related to around 20 topics central to making money online, online business, etc.

We'll have Work at Home Moms Blogs, Online Advertising Blogs, Affiliate Marketing Blogs, Newsletter Blogs, Product Development Blogs, and so on.

I'm hoping to make the directory a clearinghouse for all kinds of blogs related to making money online.

I hope you'll take a minute to visit the directory, and consider submitting your internet marketing blog.

We ask for a reciprocal link, but just one link to our directory entitles you to list as many internet marketing blogs as you may have.

I also maintain a
blog on how to use blogs in internet marketing.

That blog gives you various tips on how to monetize, publicize, and use your blog for internet marketing, and will also be the official blog of the new directory, and of my soon-to-be-released ebook.

Have a great day, and happy blogging!

Exciting New Internet Business Compensation Plan

I've been a member of SFI for about a year and a half now. I've been earning some OK commissions from it, but nothing to write home about, so far.

A month or so ago, they unveiled a substantial revision to their compensation plan, and that revision just went into effect on January 1, 2005.

WOW! Am I excited? Can you say wowee, zowee???

They came up with this thing called a "T-Net". It's a TEAM building concept that I have not seen yet in any other online business that has a compensation plan similar to traditional MLM.

By the way, in "SFI-speak", TEAM means "together everybody achieves more". I love it!

Anyway, back to the "t-net". When you join as a free affiliate, they give you a place in the "t-net" that they claim will *guarantee* you a commission check, even in your very first full month.

The fact that SFI gives them a chance to earn a commission check in their very first month of membership creates a powerful incentive for those new free affiliates to upgrade their membership to the next level and become an "Executive Affiliate". That, in turn, doubles their sales commissions and opens up multiple other revenue opportunities.

Under the new plan, you get paid in part based upon the performance of people above AND below you in the network, in addition to the commissions you earn on your own through sales from your "V-Store". (I get most of my "v-store" sales using PPC advertising.)

Your "downline" is composed not only of your own recruits, but also of recruits brought in by your upline(s). That in itself is nothing new. I get the same benefit from my favorite online network marketing programs.

The difference is the rapidity with which the SFI T-Net grows your downline, and expands your commissions. I got six new affiliates today alone, and NONE of them came from my own recruiting efforts! If even one of them turns out to be a good salesperson or recruiter, it will be great for me, too.

Personally, I'm thinking that this new compensation plan is going to revolutionize the way other online marketing companies recruit and pay their affiliates.

I've always thought that SFI was one of the top two or three legitimate income opportunity sites on the internet. This new plan may well secure it as the uncontested number one. Check it out!
